Business in the Community (BITC) is a great way to grow your business through a regular networking meeting, based in Thrapston.
We meet at 3pm on a Friday afternoon (see future meeting dates) and have the chance to network before we sit down for the more formal part of the meeting. Everyone present gets the opportunity to give a short presentation on their business, and two members also have a longer, ten-minute presentation slot. Members and visitors alike then network over a light buffet.
The trust that is built over a relatively short period of time as individual business owners and managers get to know each other, allows us to recommend each other to clients, suppliers and other contacts with confidence.
We have now had two successful years since the formation of this networking group, we believe we provide an excellent opportunity of networking within Thrapston and enable many businesses in and around the town a platform to raise their profile within the local business community as well as gaining new contacts and new business. We anticipate in seeing you again through the next twelve months and welcome your support for the local community and its connection with Thrapston Town FC.
We have introduced a scheme to pay £50 to every member for each new member they introduce into the group, we feel this is a great incentive and will enable everyone to be a winner.
